Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team with photos of the issue and your order number.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • The wrong item was shipped.

Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
