Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping may be offered on eligible orders during promotional periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns.


Multiple Packages

Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each package.
